Jackson B. Barnett is the Principal Attorney of Barnett Law Offices. Mr. Barnett represents pilots in front of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) regarding medical certificate denials and certificate revocations as a result of falsifications of documents or Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing issues. Mr. Barnett holds a private pilot certificate with complex and high-power endorsements.

Talbot M. Martin

Senior Attorney

Talbot M. Martin, currently represents clients of Barnett Law Offices. Mr. Martin is a full-time pilot with a major legacy airline in the United States. Mr. Martin has worked extensively with AOPA and the members of the AOPA Legal Services Plan on a wide variety of aviation law issues. His practice has focused on resolving safety enforcement actions before the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board. 

Stephen B. Glenn

Of Counsel Attorney

Stephen B. Glenn is an aviation attorney based at Barnett Law Offices at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport in Birmingham, Alabama (BHM). Mr. Glenn represents pilots and mechanics in enforcement actions before the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board. He represents victims and their families in claims resulting from aviation accidents.

Melissa Eschweiler

Melissa graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She spent the first 10 years of her career at Motorola working on the six-sigma initiative for process improvement in the service organization. During her hiatus as a stay-at-home mom, she volunteered in leadership roles with her church, the Boy Scouts of America, and youth sports teams.

Charles R. Barnett III is an aviation attorney based in Lake In The Hills, Illinois, at the Lake In The Hill Airport (3CK). Mr. Barnett represents pilots and mechanics throughout the world in enforcement actions before the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board. In addition, he represents pilots and air traffic controllers seeking assistance with FAA medical certification issues.
