Melissa graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She spent the first 10 years of her career at Motorola working on the six-sigma initiative for process improvement in the service organization.
Melissa uses her considerable multitasking, customer service, and organization skills to support our attorneys and clients. She assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the records collection process, maintaining the matter calendar and deadlines, and drafting legal filings and correspondence. She also maintains the client case file, and the firm database.
Melissa enjoys golf, yoga, reading, and pickleball.
